Thea’s career has been enriched by comprehensive education and training, beginning in the Kingdom of Cambodia and refined at the Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute in Minneapolis. Launching her career as a stylist in 1998, Thea demonstrated her talents in Phnom Penh, Inver Grove Heights, and Saint Paul, Minnesota.
While working in the heart of downtown Saint Paul, Thea’s career path underwent a significant transformation. This pivotal experience inspired her to venture into new horizons. In October 2023, Thea took a bold step forward by acquiring Kalla Lily Salon and Spa in Medina, Minnesota, and rebranding it as Tera Salon and Spa, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in her professional journey.
