- Overseeing the scheduling of appointments and communicating with clients
- Checking the availability of resources (stylists, estheticians, massage therapists, and artists)
- Taking care of client records
- Controlling tidiness of the premises
- Enforcing hygiene practices across all workstations
- Helping and educating clients on retail products
